You will receive your files via Dropbox, which is completely free. You will receive an email with the link to your Dropbox folder. If you don't already have a Dropbox account, you will be instructed on how to do so. If you wish to not receive your designs via Dropbox please let us know and we will send them another way.
We do offer express services at a cost of $50. Express services are 1-2 days.
For logos you will receive 3 concepts to choose from. Once you've selected the concept you like best, you have a total of 4 revisions until the design is right for you. For extra revisions it'll be a $10 fee each.
You will receive the following file extensions;
.PNG( Transparent background)
.JPEG
.PDF
.EPS (Vectorized file)

You will also receive a black & white file.
After payment is made you will receive a email with the next steps.

This service initially takes 1-4 weeks, depending on the revisions. ( Project time varies)

1. Fill out the form provided. Please fill out as much as possible and attach any design rationales.

2. We go through the research and creative process, present concepts and revise, etc.

3. Once you are satisfied with the final product, we will deliver the files and you will own the rights to your website and any other materials.
Once you have purchased the template you want, you will receive an email. Please respond to the email with the brand name, color or any other variables you'll require.
You can not change the design of the templates. If you want a customized design please purchase the service you require.
Yes we do offer shipping on certain services.
Ex. (Business Cards, Flyers, Banners & etc. )

Orders and Returns

There are no refunds on any of our services once work/design has began.
Please be advised designs can take up to 4 weeks depending on the complexity. We want your designs to be perfect, therefore we do not rush to give you the minimum quality. If after 4 weeks you haven't received your order please email us at Aleciagraphics@gmail.com and we will get your order to you right away.
We do not accept return. All sales are final.

Payments

We accept payments from Paypal & all major credit cards. You can also select to pay a 60% deposit instead of the full price. If you would like to make payments in another from such as Cash App, please contact us directly via email at Aleciagraphics@gmail.com
If you're having issues with your payment, please either check that you have enough funds available or that the correct billing address is inputted. If you're still having issues therefore please contact your financial institute to make sure they haven't restricted you on making any payments. Otherwise contact us via email and we will setup another payment option for you.
You will receive an confirmation email confirming your payment.
If you have selected to pay the deposit, then after work is completed we will charge the same payment option before you receive the final designs. If we aren't able to make the charge after 2 days a $45 fee will be added. If after 1 week final payment is not received your order will be cancelled. Once your order is cancelled and you decide that you do want the design, you will have to pay the full amount of the service. If you aren't able to make the payment before the 1 week deadline, please contact us and we will work something out. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
